An essential feature of RR360 is the Assigned task. While some tasks are based on sending email or printed letters, others are intended to trigger phone calls to customers and others. Call Accounting provides an interface for the user to initiate the call and report the results of the call back to the contact management software.
We use TAPI as a technical architecture to process the CTI from our CRM front end and record the output to save into the desired database to serve as a log.
