I bought a premade script for a real estate website portal where over 100 current customers, real estate agents will upload their own listings. The script came with a template that needs to be customized by someone good with layout. I can provide some of the new artwork and directions on how to. It's a simple home page, just need a photo added, a copy of a magazine, a graphic and a picture swapped out. I also need it linked to another script that will allow me to upload pages of my print real estate magazine each issue. I bought the script and need someone who can help make sure after the company loads it that the graphics, html and scripts are working properly, working with the script companies if need be. Both scripts are in php. I need to be able to maintain the information on the website and the script I bought will allow me to do this. But I need a web designer that can help with html updates and such that's outside of what the scripts do, and what the template is. There's other custom features I'd like to add in the future as well, perhaps some animation and flash. I need a very professional site. This project is urgent as I have a print publication that reaches over 30,000 readers and I promote it there... My current site will be completely revamped in a month. |
