Hello All,
I need a commercial real estate listing site built. Please see my layout and design .metrobiztrader.com/layouts/layoutoverview.htm.
Conditions to consider:
Designer MUST understand the project before bidding. So please review my sample design carefully. I have done a lot of work to help you understand my needs.
Designer MUST understand my vision for this project.
Designer MUST stay in touch (email or phone) ask questions to better understand the project. Also, provide weekly updates.
Designer MUST be able to provide long term support after project is completed. ( 5-10 Years) Your support will be financially rewarded as business starts to grow.
Designer MUST provide 3 example sites. I will review the quality of work. Please do not bid if do not know how to build a professional site!!
Designer MUST build site using PHP, MYSQL. Please see my hosting company for server details.
Most of the site is done. I have created the layouts for all the pages. However, I do not know how to add in the database. You will also need to enhance the site with banners, pics, logos, and fonts to give the site a professional look. I am very open to your suggestions Please see layout design for more info.
Payments & Contract. If your bid is accepted. Payments will be made to an escrow account if you wish or I can pay you when the work is done. ** NO portion of the payments will be made before hand** Sorry, as you can see some one has already took me for my money. After I gave the guy half of the payment he decided to drop my project. So PLEASE make sure you can dedicate the time and energy to complete this project.
