I need a complete portal with following modules:
-- Project bidding (a clone of www.elance.com or www.etlance.com )
-- Job repository (a clone of www.careerbuilder.com)
-- Project management (a clone of www.dotproject.net)
Portal needs to have at least the features:
* Written in PHP / Mysql / Javascript
* Multi-langue (translation via language files or via Admin area)
* Template driven with cache option (you can use for example, smarty.php.net)
* All modules share the same user database.
* Browsing by category and by locations.
* Integrated (Banner) Ads system
* Affiliates system
* Feedback system
* Credit Card transaction (paypal, 2checkout)
* Escrow
* Dispute management
* etc.
All missed features or creative ideas are welcome.
Selection will be based on (in the order of importance): creativity, experiences, price, and time to deliver. Please provide any information to help the selection.
Winner has to keep me updated every day about the progress of the work.
I will retain all rights and copyrights.
Payment Schedule.
10% for advancing
15% to move web site to my server.
75% after 10 days for testing.
Bonus of extra 10% of the result exceed expectations.
Please do not try to sell me pre-made or a 3rd party scripts, I need an exact clone of the mentioned scripts.
The target Platform is Linux with Apache 1.x and Mysql.
