Description This is an Instant messaging application just like any other Instant Messaging Tool e.g. ICQ. It was designed as client server architecture with the server as a VC++ application running on WinNT and client being a Java Application (for platform independence). The Database used was SQL Server 7.0. The server listened at a predefined port and routed the messages, authorization requests, searches requests etc to proper clients and keeps track of the database. The facility of offline messaging is also available.
